Call for Proposals

We invite T&I practitioners, professionals, researchers, academics, organisations, industry experts, service users and other stakeholders to submit their proposals for presentations, workshops and panel discussions

If you would like to share and present your knowledge and experience, you are invited to complete the online form to provide a 300 word summary of your proposal, stating the preferred format and duration along with a 50 word bio about yourself and a profile picture (jpeg or similar format) by Monday, 31 March 2025. Presenters (excluding panels) will receive a free conference registration in recognition of their contribution to the conference.

The following formats are possible:

• Presentation: 
  - 30 minute session (20 min + 5 min for questions + 5 min buffer)
  - 1 hour session (45 min + 10 min for questions  + 5 min buffer)
• Workshop: 
  - 1 hour session (55 min + 5 min buffer)
  - 2 hour session (110 min  + 10 min buffer - single session or split into 2 sessions) 
• Panel discussion: 
  - 1 hour session (55 min  + 5 min buffer)
  - 2 hour session (110 min  + 10 min buffer - single session or split into 2 sessions)
